Chicken with Extra Macal Chorizo and peppers


 

Ingredients (for 2 people)

 

1/2 chicken cut in pieces

1 Extra Macal Chorizo sliced

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon of sweet chili

1 tablespoon of olive oil


1 medium onion thinly sliced

1/2 red pepper cut into strips

1/2 green pepper cut into strips

1/2 orange pepper cu tinto strips

2 minced garlic cloves

white wine

2 minced ripe tomatoes

1 tablespoon of tomato pulp

 

Preparation:

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

Heat the oil and fry the circles of Extra Macal Chorizo. Add the onion and fry.

Add the chicken and the pepper strips and the garlic, and let cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add a bit of white wine, the tomato and the pulp, and let it coook on low heat.

Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and a green salad.
