Penne gratin with Macal Dry Cured Ham


 

Ingredients

500g macaroni penne cooked al dente
3 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
3 tbsp (tablespoons) flour 1
spoons (soup) of dark mustard
2 and 1 / 2 cups (tea) of hot milk
2 cups (tea) HAM Macal
1 teaspoon (tsp) coriander
salt and black pepper
grated cheese

 

Preparation

In a pan, add butter, flour and mustard. Bring the pot to medium heat and stir until the butter has melted and all ingredients integrate. Always stirring, slowly add the hot milk and cook until thickened. Mix the Macal Ham, the salt, pepper and coriander. Grease a bowl with butter, place the pasta and the sauce on top.
